I don't know who needs to read this, but here goes. If your lifting weights in the gym, drop the ego, reduce the weight, and use the full range of motion. Quarter reps for everything you do all the time aren't going to do much for you.

Side note: the resolutioners are in and claiming 4-5 pieces of equipment at a time to do their "supersets." Learn some common courtesy, people.
