Was it a full on panic attack? I’ve had a few and it definitely feels like you’re dying.
Yeah I actually fully passed out. I didn’t know I was afraid of getting bandages and stitches removed. But I did the thing and now it’s in the past and I am finally calm

I had a panic attack so I bad I pissed myself. I curled up in a ball and couldn’t breathe or move.
