Not a carnivore person, but I dabbled in it. What's the monthly budget to avoid the chemicals in terms of meat?
My experience with carnivore ended badly. Transition to it was to sudden, didn't add bine broth or fermented foods in the right amounts. Coupled with stress from a family member falling ill under my care, it resulted in digestive issues.
I still want to give it another go, now that I know more and life has slowed down again.
