I watched most of You Are What You Eat on Nexflix, skipping some episodes because there's a lot of agenda & trite. (no different than every other nutritional show on there) It compared plant-based to omnivorous diets in identical twins. The only thing that seemed worthwhile knowledge to be gained from it was that 8 weeks on plant-based resulted in a loss of viceral fat across all participants & omnivorous resulted in muscle gain across the range as well. All the other results had no consistency.
Just to be clear, I'm not advocating for anything here... just sharing a recap for anyone who's debating on watching it... save your time. If you are looking for dietary advice, netflix is not the place to find it 😅
