I think your going to have to choose one. The Constitution and the State it has created or allowed violates the non aggression principle. Aren't they mutually exclusive?

I don't think it's really the Consitution's fault that we allowed them to change it or that we got bad politicians in office who make Constitutionally legal things illegal or vice-versa. The onus for any err in governance is the blame of the people and them alone.

We must come to a point where we stop blaming the politicians and point the fingers at ourselves as our choices have allowed these people to bring us to the point we're at now. A lot of this has come about because of party tribalism. Picking your guy instead of the best guy syndrome.

I'm inclined to agree, I have a sense that things would have been better under the articles of confederation if they had played out, or maybe even less than that. The constitution seems to be responsible for opening the door to federal income taxes, a federal mint, a federal military etc. Remember that the bill of rights was a compromise the anti federalists got, and its never had any serious legal power, no punishments were outlined for its violation.
