If you landed on Telegram you are out of p2p.band and it all depends on how lnp2pbot deals with it. My guess is that the order was taken but yet not updated on nostr.

I don't think that the order was taken. It doesn't matter which order I picked. I see a bunch of orders on Telegram, even the latest one, I clicked on it and nothing happened after that. Do you have a guide or happen to know anyone who made a tutorial about using p2p.band?
There nothing special to do out of what you just did. I don't think it's related to p2p.band keep in mind that app does nothing but collect data other publish to nostr, it's a dumb app with 0 logic behind.
