lol not quite!! Doing my best to stay upright lol

I did reflect while skating how quickly things can change. I went from a competitive skater gaining speed, doing jumps and spins to someone scanning the ice continuously for cracks and such. It’s hard at times knowing what my ability was as compared to now but I’m grateful to be able to skate nonetheless. I’m lucky to be able to walk and skate. Counting my blessings.

Also, outdoor ice is another ball game— and either way the falls aren’t the same as we age.

Omg after one hard fall yesterday I was skeptical to go again today but brushed myself off, continued skating, went to the gym twice and went back to the lake for another round.
