Since I’m recovering from health issues & still farm fiat (aka 🧻) from morning to evening; I do sets of pushups & sit-ups throughout the day. The goals is to work my way up to 200 a day. I’m nearly halfway there.

As I build back my conditioning, I’ll be able to get back in the gym, too. But, it’s baby steps for me so I don’t reinjure myself.
