Since Iām recovering from health issues & still farm fiat (aka š§») from morning to evening; I do sets of pushups & sit-ups throughout the day. The goals is to work my way up to 200 a day. Iām nearly halfway there.
As I build back my conditioning, Iāll be able to get back in the gym, too. But, itās baby steps for me so I donāt reinjure myself.
