Today is biceps, triceps, and shoulders along with an intense punching bag session. 💪🏻🥊
Walk by the lake… considering what my contribution to bitcoin’s going to be this year.
Gonna hit some golf balls.. then some low impact cardio.
Stretching. Chest and tris.
Home gym:
Shoulder strengthening with resistance bands.
Ring pull ups
V-ups
Inverted rows
Just having some fun at the bouldering gym.
Lift coffee mug to mouth 20 reps 2 sets
One hour of jiu jitsu
Since I’m recovering from health issues & still farm fiat (aka 🧻) from morning to evening; I do sets of pushups & sit-ups throughout the day. The goals is to work my way up to 200 a day. I’m nearly halfway there.
As I build back my conditioning, I’ll be able to get back in the gym, too. But, it’s baby steps for me so I don’t reinjure myself.
Hour of Jiu Jitsu + a couple hundred steel mace 360s.
