While you are out there touching grass dig up some soil and smell it. The smell of soil boosts serotonin and norepinephrine levels which are key components in the realm of anti-depressants.

We don't work soil anymore so it's no wonder so many people are depressed af.

NOTE: It has to be good soil. If it smells bad/rotten/stagnant then don't smell that. If you need a comparative go to a forest and dig that soil. That's some good soil.

Yes. Actinomycetes is the "super-group" and Strep is part of that.

Geosmin is the main molecule.

2-methylisoborneo is also involved. Similar in structure.

It’s a a nice smell, regardless of the benefits as well. 😊
