Central Iowa staple. Cinnamon rolls and chili. Yes you actually mix the bites and it’s incredible. Homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls and chili made from mostly things we grew and canned. Mix of locally shot deer and locally raised beef.
This hasn't reached eastern Iowa yet lol. I was introduced to it at a Runza when I lived in Nebraska.
