I've done 20 days before. After day 3 it gets easier, physically. You just need enough fuel (fat) to support 1-2 lbs of fat loss a day.
How much fat(i guess using BMI) is needed for 10 days? or 1 day?

The bigger you are the more fat you'll expend. I think the ceiling must be something like 3 lbs of fuel a day. When I was a bit overweight I lost 2 lbs of fat a day for half a week then it went to 1.5 lbs and ended closer to 1 lbs a day. This is probably what most can expect. The biggest surprise was learning how much visceral fat I had clustering around my organs. A dream to have that cleaned out.
Im not too much over weight, kinda in the normal range. Im 6'1 and was around 220 - 225. I can tell I've lost some though in just a month by just eating mostly meat. Skin seems healthier too. I'm probably getting close to 205 or somewhere... Need to go to my sisters and check her scale lol.
In wasn't either. I was skinny fat. Metabolically sick. Fasting reversed that and fixed a lot of issues for me.
