#agile doesn't work.
It's never been tried! 🤣
I just think it's ironic because I come from heavy industry, logistics, and banking and it was all highly agile.
I didn't even realize how agile we were. It just seemed like normal software development. I thought everyone was working like that, now.
I guess there's a strong selection bias, tho, as I tend to get hired into agile teams. 🤔
Much of the world has been adopting Agile and related practices. Even the Air Force uses just-in-time delivery for spare parts for its F-35 fighter.
Everything else is unaffordable, really, so long as you are in a highly-competitive environment.
I guess Nostr isn't competitive enough, yet. Probably hardly anyone trained in agile practices, here. They mostly just hack stuff out, and I guess that "feels" sorta agile.
I don't do #agile at work. I do my own thing.
You need agile people, not agile model.
agile just means we have no idea what we're doing
