I don't. It would be sort of weird to seek there private contact info it out just to send them some.
Indeed, I also tend to refrain from sending people e-cash if they aren't on nostr these days. Initially, I bombarded normies with e-cash notes when I realized that I could send it to them without them knowing how to custody money.. 🤣
