Not many seeds…actually only pine nuts and cacaonibs. On the bottom there is sprouted oat flakes, chia seeds, some super foods and shredded coconut and fruiiiiits ;)
Oh they are fat pine nuts! Ahahah didn't recognise them, the one I usually found and ate (mostly as a child) were thinner 😅
