Trust me I try! But the 🍑 is hard to get.
Protein, carbs , weights, and minimal cardio. Trust me I struggle.
Being a human who used to have ED 6 or so years ago, I struggle constantly with the balance myself. One can never stop trying tho! 💫👏🏻
I for sure eat a lot of protein and I lift weights but I must say I don’t do too many carbs.
