These pancakes are beautiful. I think it's about the only food I'm picky about, I don't cook them because they always come out too dark 😫😫. Enjoy!!

I cook them in butter and flip them as soon as they turn golden-brown underneath and the top is filled with bubbles but not dried out yet.
