primal has a concept called "network" - it is all the people you follow + all the people they follow
it's a pretty great starting point for curating your nostr feed - would be a solid default view for a mainstream client imo
should use primal more since im using their nip5 lol, its cool but it needs relay browsing/filter and replies tab
