Replying to deleted

I think itd be an interesting experiment if there was a relay where you had to pay per note/event you sign and want to broadcast to the relay. Like you essentially have to zap the relay before use, per action.

sats level the playing field between humans and bots. It does not matter who is human and who is AI. Whoever can verify just by sending some sats.
