Well, i never watched a video. But from reading that article. He fired on the dude, when the rifle was raised towards him. Which is implying the uber driver already had his weapon raised. From that perspective, it makes it seem like the self defence was tempted and failed by “foster”
If this Foster dude had intentions of killing him, he would have from a distance using a AR. Being that close to firing a revolver accurately, means the guy was close and not unguard

His car was surrounded by protesters and one points an AK at him. Also if you continue further in this thread there is an article about the prosecution hiding evidence. Further more there are more satts proving my origin statement to be fair and I stand by it
“Surrounded by protesters”, seems like a weak take. The dude choose to drive his vehicle into a crowded protest. And apparently very aggressively according to the article well armed. He was looking for a fight
Also if thats the case. The other dude wouldn’t be able to fire back with a AR without hurting pedestrians
😆 he's driving uber and turns into a street overun with protesters. One is masked and points the AK at him. If you can gauge intentions in that moment, I commend you. I, like this guy, will live to tell the tale
Sounds like you are changing the narrative. Is he surrounded by a crowd or is he turning in a block with a crowd? Is he firing at a guy raising a rifle or is he seeing a rifle pointing at him? What you are saying right now is conflicting with the article
But in the end, a decision was made by people with more information on the subject
