No. Not accurate at all. To much wealth literally has negative effects for on a persons cognitive abilities…

think he is just being honest. the largest dev group is compromised and the the hash rate is centralized among sect few companies

why, because he actually cares about the network and wants it to be for monetary transactions?

hash rate does not prevent bad actors manipulating and weakening bitcoin from the maintainer/developer level

You are in support of large centralized mining pools interests? They always think in the short term like they did with big blocks.

If for some reason this did end in a hardfork. In no way should the anti-spam/csam version be call anything different other then “Bitcoin”. Let the spam/csam supporters think of a creative name for their blockchain.

this still does not prove that bitcoin core is not compromised. the ethical thing to do is to push for no core upgrades

No, what im saying is, you are not really in a possession to be able to rationalize whats sane or not. In my opinion, a person choosing to be a steward and protector of nature, and creatures that cant protect themselves, and encouraging others to do the same seems quite sane

meaningful and worthwhile depends on your views. he was an advocate for the removal of female rights and autonomy. he also thought the bill giving black Americans voting rights was a huge mistake. he was anti-lgbtq and preached that they are violent and dangerous. He was a white supremacist christian nationalist. Literally the only view point that I would frame as good was his views on free speech (which he used it to disenfranchise people not like himself) and the right for a person to defend themselves. so you are either miss informed about him, or you are stating your views without stating your views, if you get my drift.

No you can’t stop it. But you can inconvenience and make it not worth it. We saw a slow down on inscriptions and now suddenly core devs want to remove a filter for them. Censoring opposition to it on github. The op_return limit is clearly working to proving otherwise. So why make a change unless its to stop that filtering
