The next batch is what we’ve going to consider our consistent run of vanilla paste… we should have e nuff to go around for a lil bit hopefully… and if everything goes well I’ll have our first batch of extract started by the end of the year… and other things are in the works…

lol I’ve never done it like that before… I’ve seen my mom do it that way a few times… but we’ve got some old metal jelly screens we use for fine stuff now…
We normally do that after a pass in our kitchen aid juicer attachment lol… I don’t exactly remember the last how big the last batch of blueberries we did was? Maybe 25-30lbs maybe more? Idk
