I'd do something ridiculous, like 1st of the month, every month, if that were me. Anything popular will propagate quickly enough... and there's at least 4-5 different easy methods for personal long-term self or 3rd party hosted storage now, free and paid. Anyone wanting longevity should really start using that stuff.
