It is an unprovable concept given that neither of them are known to us. Satoshi did say they were moving on to something else prior to Q appearing. Q seems to have been a psyop that could be argued to have had some of the longer term aims as Satoshi did. If there is a bigger war going on, it is possible that they were part of the same team or effort... Unprovable either way but amusing to think about!

An entity or collective that we know as Q did posts some interesting discussion points in some obscure corner of the internet a few years ago, are you denying that happened? I am not asking if you believe in the concepts beyond that minor fact. I referred to them as a psyop so I am not taking sides as to the validity of the matters that they referred, to just using them as a discussion point that we can not know if they are Satoshi or not just based on their posting times! Linguistic analysis would argue that they were different people or teams but it is possible that they were part of a larger effort. Both of them have ongoing effects on the wider battlefield regardless of their identities.
