It is an unprovable concept given that neither of them are known to us. Satoshi did say they were moving on to something else prior to Q appearing. Q seems to have been a psyop that could be argued to have had some of the longer term aims as Satoshi did. If there is a bigger war going on, it is possible that they were part of the same team or effort... Unprovable either way but amusing to think about!
