Just got clearer on how Hashing Difficulty works.

It is not simply the number of zeros at the beginning of the hash.

Difficulty might be set to a number, 0001200000000....

The hash needs to be "less than" that number.

So needs to start with 00011xxxxxxxx....

(I am probably misrepresenting this so please correct me)
