Any chance she is racing to push this through before the SEC approves the spot bitcoin ETFs? If/when spot bitcoin ETFs get approved she has no chance of banning bitcoin in the US. At that point her window will close.

The ETF and this bill have nothing to do with banning bitcoin. She’s been completely clear, she wants to eliminate self custody and all non-KYC activity that can’t be spied on by the government.
Basically banking take over cause no one is going to verify KYC running a node or creating wallets ?! 🤷🏻
