Hate to say it, but Ethereum might actually be beating Bitcoin in censorship resistant privacy right now. Tornado Cash got sanctioned by World Police and it’s still in operation. Bitcoin devs who care about privacy have lots of work to do.
Devs are operating it, it's not automated from my understanding so someone is taking risk / well hidden.

Thought it’s automated but convenient access via web UI is run by someone. Or something like that. Idk much about the tech.
