Could this truly be happening? Could peasants like me finally be allowed to 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 own their flats in England? (And I say 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 because, in places like Scotland, freehold flats have been the norm for quite some time now.)
