Could this truly be happening? Could peasants like me finally be allowed to ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐บ own their flats in England? (And I say ๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ because, in places like Scotland, freehold flats have been the norm for quite some time now.)
