Week4 notes from #handstandpractice
This week's handstand practice felt better with noticeable shifts in my alignment and balance.
Wrists feel stronger and more flexible as it seems easier to align/stack the shoulders over the wrists.
I've moved a bit further from the wall and experimenting with not relying on that prop. Interesting to feel the body seeking internal alignment without the wall. Watching in video was entertaining π
Balanced improved to about 5 seconds ....
