I’ve been a customer/member since January, and while I endorse the idea and the fundamentals, their systems appear to be very broken in many ways. From scaling to support their members to overcharging and failing to refund, I’ve had some very disappointing experiences with them.
Basically, if you don’t actually need them, you’re good.
That's a shame to hear, because I've heard quite a lot of good from people who have used them.
