I’ve been a customer/member since January, and while I endorse the idea and the fundamentals, their systems appear to be very broken in many ways. From scaling to support their members to overcharging and failing to refund, I’ve had some very disappointing experiences with them.

Basically, if you don’t actually need them, you’re good.

I’m trying it this year too. Haven’t experienced trouble yet, although I do get the sense they’re figuring out some of this as they go.

Be prepared for doctors’ offices to treat you like a nutcase because you want to directly pay them for their services. Some literally don’t have a process for that. 🤦‍♂️
