Bitcoiners who liked The Creature From Jekyll Island and want to deep even further back into history should read into Barren Metal. One of my favorites.

The creature was hard enough for me. I can’t 👀
I love your coining of the term “planetary usury” . You have a great way of taking complex ideas and distilling them to succinct phrases.
It's books like this that ultimately informed my understanding of the machine.
Lords Of Finance is another good one
E. Michael Jones is the man
Hmm just watched this interview.
He’s got an extremely bad take on BTC. Boomer viewpoint, doesn’t know enough about it to be credible imo.
He’s a good historian and researcher but a lot of his conclusions are off on economics. Take the good leave the bad Is my philosophy.
He’s also wrong about fractional reserve banking being amoral.
Stealing purchasing power is absolutely immoral.
Usury begets factional reserve banking inflating the money supply, and ultimately creating debt slavery.
So usery is a sin, but for greater reasons than he thinks. Much greater reasons than “the church says so”.
The church says so b/c over enough time it creates debt saves, via the process above.
He's a better writer than he is an interviewer. For someone who hasn't studied Austrian Economics, he gets alot right.
All boomers do. 😂
Thanks Laser
