The issue is more nuanced than that. I think she's arguing her right to feel empowered by being/feeling sexy while simultaneously being outgoing. Someone salivating over that is not her responsibility.

Feeling sexy does not equal sexualizing oneself.

It does take two to tango, but only one to dance.

I see it. First off, I'm not saying anything, this is a text platform. Second I could've avoided writing the "two to tango, one to dance" sentence. I didn't think it through before posting.

What I could've written is "One feeling good about themselves (a person dancing), is not to automatically invite a second person to make it a tango".
