I'm not talking about you. You are a very critical person. A few days ago, someone was arguing that every Bitcoiner should vote for DeSantis because he said some good things about Bitcoin.
I find it humorous that politicians are courting the bitcoin vote when on the hole most maxis don’t like or trust the government and probably don’t vote
Yeah now we got both the democratic and republican pro-bitcoin president. 🤣

He gives me the creeps. Bitcoin is anti-authoritarian, and for that reason alone he’s disqualified himself for me. Not to mention his involvement in detainee torture at Guantanamo.
That’s all it often takes for an under represented (often oppressed) group to vote for someone. How many times have you heard bitcoiners on podcasts/interviews claim they are now “one issue voters”?
Politicians have plenty of data mining going on to figure this out and see how they can gather little pockets of voters in the easiest way possible. See Cambridge Analytica
