Today, my Greek yogurt is even smoother and melts in the mouth more than yesterday. It's like whipped cream.

From fermenting the yogurt outdoors with the weather conditions of that day, which I can't control to be exactly the same temperature each time, it's the charm and fun of homemade food that industrial food can't provide.

It makes waiting for the results full of excitement, wondering what flavor I will get tomorrow. ☺️
