An AI agent that would run locally without any security or privacy risk that could access files, emails, calendar and more could be extremely useful. But these will not run locally, those are the next extension to collect more data and knows even more about you, don't be fooled once again, we must disable and block these what ever extra perceived convenience they would offer, it's not worth it, never was.
Great news for Linux adoption.
there will be ways to disable it, nobodys switching to linux
Well, I'll be switching to BSD next year... FROM Troonux.
Based (but I won't be joining you)

Any reason in particular?
The security advantages are unnecessary for anything but a server
That bit depends on your security needs, but for most people that point applies. I'm just looking to get away from Linux entirely at this point (at least on desktop, can't do much on mobile unfortunately) in addition to KDE (plan on using and sticking with LXQT going forward).
If they do proper permission controll, then why not.
Like allowing gradual access to specific directories etc. Not this Allow all dialogue.
