Celtic salt aka French gray salt.

Recently found out almost all other salts are treated with a bunch of chemicals

what are the chemicals?

Here’s one. I found an article to three days ago that talked about numerous chemicals used in the process, but I’m having trouble locating now.

i like diamond kosher salt, but it has more to do with the grain size relative to my “salt pinch” when salting things.

i always have fancy salts like maldon, but that’s more of a texture thing than a flavor thing.
