I use red lights throughout the house after 8:30 p.m. and wear the glasses. The difference is phenomenal in sleep. Also have you noticed how much your pupils dilate wearing the glasses? It's very relaxing for the brain

so true. when working with adolescents and young adults, just this trick alone has provided so MUCH relief to mental burdens and illnesses. early in my practice, it lead me to believe that all mental dis-order comes from in proper light signaling 🥴
