That's great! But...

Most of the food you get from most places are being grown in mineral deficient soils. I'm starting to put together some things about my health that I need to have blood tests to figure out if I'm deficient in a few things that seem to plague most food these days.

Yes. The more I learn about the history of modern food, especially in the US, the more pissed off I get.
