We’re going to need to challenge the Bank Secrecy Act.

This can’t become the norm.

This is much bigger than one American law my friend. You would need to take on the FATF.

Lots of podcasts on how it's controlling the financial space globally , its the subject of my presentation in adopting bitcoin in el Salvador.

The more people know what this piece of festering garbage "global standard setting body" is, the better.

Agreed. The FATF is the big boss in some ways, but doing away with the Bank Secrecy Act would be a big step in the right direction.

I would focus on letting that state of emergency from September 11, 2001 finally expire first. Everything will fall into place once that is done.

Many of the anti money laundering measures are justified based on the need to prevent terrorist financing, etc.

How do we let that expire?
