Self-hosted nostrudel is 100x faster than the demo instance, and ability to tweak and already powerful tool to your liking is just icing on cake.

What can I tweak on the self hosted instance that I can't on the demo instance?

The reader is invited to explore on their own, but for instance I modified mine to display `kind 1050` (pastebin-style) events. The demo instance simply links to nosbin iirc.
