With NIP-51 & Kind 30003 you can store URL's. Have a look at https://nostr-bookmark-viewer3.vercel.app/p/nprofile1qqs0l09hq60h4fwkmvffavu70k9f0z2xd5j45cmm4s0tlpshkpt5q3q5gkp47 which is a browser for this with my profile links.
I think we mostly need a good client as browser extension and app.
