Stopped eating sugar and seed oils 9 - 10 weeks ago. Living 98 % carnivore since then. Lot of eggs and lot of raw milk.

Never ever did I feel better. 🤯

Skin better, gut better, energy levels higher. More motivation, less depression. 🍀

Have been a vegetarian for 6 years before. What a brainwashed waste of time. 🥩🍖

Btw: I buy my meat, honey, eggs and milk at the same local farm.

That way I produce 70-90 % less garbage (using one and the same egg-carton and milk-bottle for weeks already). 🐝 …not to mention I reduced my CO2🦶substantially.

I already know the names of the cows, the chickens, the ducks and always happy to be welcomed by the dog and cats there. 🥰

I suggest to try that out.

The most astonishing part for me personally was recognizing that all food contains massive amounts of seedoil and/or sugar. Even the bread 🥖… Maaaassiv amounts of with hexan extracted seedoil. 🤢 It‘s everywhere.

Great post! I’ve been on a similar journey over the last 6 months myself. I’ve cut out most processed food, have minimal sugar and now eat mostly meat, eggs, full cream milk (raw is almost impossible to get here) and some fresh fruits and veg. I buy as much organic or pesticide free produce from local farmer’s markets as I can. I’ve also never felt better, have lost some weight and my energy levels are much better. What we eat makes such a difference.

Add some cardio, weight lifting, meditation, and you’ll feel like Superman. It has to do far less with meat vs. veg but with leaving out processed food and sugar. Just another distraction.

Yeah I think I was cutting the processed food and sugar that made the biggest difference for me plus also walking a lot and doing some weights.

Great 👍😀. I've been very low carb/carnivore for 3y myself. Never felt better.. It'real.

Transitioned via low carb with plants to carnivore.
