Listening to customers avoid or incorrectly say your simple company name as they tell someone else where they are on the phone is a strange phenom i experience over the years.
Do you struggle to say you are at Starbucks?
They work themselves into a knot describing where they are without simply saying the name correctly. They love my business, it is there favorite and they tell everyone to come.
WTF, do you have a precise example? Because it never happenend to me nor did I listen someone doing that.
