Agreed, both the kiddos are in sports for physical and life lessons. MMA would be a nice turn tho

I taught both my kids BJJ and some krav. They’ve both played physical team sports all through high school and now into college. We all three keep up with it and do a rigorous functional fitness regime. If you can’t save yourself, you’re doomed to be a victim.
