It might not happen right away(the weak feeling), but I did a fairly non-strenuous martial arts weapon’s kata for about 30-45 minutes which my instructor, relearning the pattern, and I really was feeling depleted by the end. It was to the point I was doubting the diet. But everyone seems to say this is normal and it will take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust. Just have to persevere and take it easy while the body adjusts. 🤙🏻💪🏻
I’m going to try to educate myself better on this topic and explore it as a regular dietary approach. Downloaded this book
