Do you recommend pixel? I’m on an iPhone but I’ve done some research and could get a Pixel 6a for $150

Do it. Realize it’s not going to be the same as your iPhone and you get used to it’s use flow. There are a ton of apps to replace the iPhone ones. You can pick defaults for a lot of things like messages, photo album, camera etc

Ok, thanks for the advice. I’ll get my photos and data in order and give it a try within a few weeks⚡️

Its tough for a week to get used to it but that's the OS rather than the phone. No complaints after 2 years of Pixel 5. I would say the non a versions are closer to IPhone specs so 6,7 rather than 6a,7a.

Do you use an android operating system or something like graphineOS?

Graphene is Android ;)

I’ll have to look further into this - my Apple bubble has prevented me from keeping up with smartphone evolutions for the past decade 🤣

I guess my question should instead be, do most people use graphene or something like Android 13?

Graphene is Android 13 🤣

Graphene is based on the Android Open Source Project.

Just like Google's flavor, just like Samsung's flavor, etc.

I'm on Calyx OS

#grapheneOS is a hardened Android with focus on security and privacy

Good way to start is here:

Thank you, I’ll check this out 🫡
