Even the idea that we could "waste time" seems like surrender to fear of death. Does that makes sense? I feel like I want to surrender to living as slowly as I can. Expand time.

I think I get what you're saying. I guess it depends on how you phrase it, perhaps 'time well spent' is what I should have said. The inherent understanding that our time here is finite, and time being a subjective experience, it would be a shame to squander it since we don't know when death will come.
I don't understand or feel the "inherent understanding that our time is finite" part. What is death if we always live on?
